We love these people!! Roots and Turf Ornamental landscaped our yard three years ago and has nurtured it to keep it healthy. The company's owners and employees show integrity in their work, their language, and their word while they serve their customers. Jarrett and Kyle and all the men treat us with respect as they go about their work. Our yard is small but they took great pains to make it as beautiful as some of the more elaborate landscaped lawns. I know that Roots is a growing company because I see their signs everywhere, but somehow they have managed to keep a sense of very personal customer service. When I call, they always address me by name and are very helpful and polite. They also seem well acquainted with my property and services.

Aside from the customer service, the actual services provided are great. We have been them for a few years now our lawn always looks great. We added lawn pest service this year and I am looking forward to similar results.

I started out as a homeowner in Centerville using the "big name" lawn care company. I was actually pleased with their results, and we enjoyed a weed-free yard for a year. Then I fell prey to a local conniver. He offered the same service for half the price. I signed on the dotted line. Not sure exactly what happened, but all my grass died. When I went to cancel the service, the owner said "You should have asked us to do a soil sample or something if all of your grass was dying." My thought was isn't that what I'm paying for?

Juan came out every month and we really enjoyed him and doing our mosquitos prevention. Our family is happy and plus our pets are very protected from them. It’s a awesome company and have a life long customer because of him
