This company is TOTALLY OUTSTANDING!!! We are soooo glad we switched over from our previous lawn care company to Roots Turf & Ornamental. From day one we have noticed a tremendous difference. They have done more in just 3 months to erradicate weeds and bringing our lawn back to a beautiful condition than our previous company did over the last 18 months. They have been great about letting us know every step being taken and when and have been there right on time every time.

Roots is the BEST! Very knowledgeable and nice technicians. Great prices and wonderful customer service! They aim to please. Very quick to respond to phone calls and questions and they will take the time necessary to make sure you understand what they are doing! I have been using Roots for awhile now to help with my perimeter pest control. I can definitely tell that their monthly pest control has been helping keep bugs from entering my home. The pricing is fair and the customer service is A1! They are extremely responsive and the person that does my yard, always does my yard. I like that it helps with them staying familiar and consistent. Any issues, they handle real time. It doesn’t help with mosquitoes if you’re wondering, that is most likely a different package which most places charge separately for it.

I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to get rid of weeds in my lawn. Within the first two appointments I could see results that I never could get on my own. Best thing I have ever done for my lawn. We have small children and sand spurs in our yard. They were gone in a few applications. Our back yard is fun again.

Sales representative Jacob Wilson came & viewed our yard (not pulled up lot size on the computer & quoted a price) and provided service treatment options, cost & payment options. Kyle, our treatment provider is friendly and does an outstanding job. He answers any questions I may have and suggests other services that may improve the appearance of the yard.He also calls at least a day ahead to let you know he is coming.

I have been using Roots Turf and Ornamental's premium lawn services and mosquito control for several years now. Kyle and his team have done outstanding work keeping my yard weed free and nipping other turf problems in the bud.
