I called in to ask a few questions about services and Taylor Chambers went above and beyond with that phone call! From her customer service, to her professionalism. Not too mention how knowledgeable she was about services offered and pricing. I wouldn’t recommend any other place than here for a great customer experience!

Roots as a company I think are amazing! But more specifically Juan! He does my mosquito and pest control and 10/10! I saw results almost instantly after he did my first treatment! He really goes that extra mile by staying in contact with his clients and ensures the job is done correctly every single time. One happy customer.

Roots has been great! My yard was nice before, now it’s outstanding! Kyle, Jacob & Preston have been wonderful! They are Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable and Pay Attention to Detail! They’re taming the weeds and following their Watering Instructions has made a major difference. The Aeration of the yard was great, especially the compacted soil in my backyard, and was the best money I’ve ever spent! The weeds are gone and grass is growing in beautifully. I have been using Roots Turf and Ornamental's premium lawn services and mosquito control for several years now. Kyle and his team have done outstanding work keeping my yard weed free and nipping other turf problems in the bud. In addition, the mosquito control team has done yeoman's work keeping the mosquitos at bay, particularly in the summer. It is so nice to see a beautiful yard and be able t6o enjoy being out there throughout the year. I thank the entire Roots team.

I'm currently at work and I'm watching them on my camera. They are very thorough I must say. I used Liquid Lawn Company prior to this company and they did a awesome job also but they typically they would be in and out in 10-15 minutes. From what I'm observing it definitely seems as though they hit every corner and area of my yard. I'm very excited in seeing the results. I will report back in the following months on the results. Not only what they do for our lawn to keep the mosquito's away, but their customer service is IMPECCABLE! The girl who runs the front office, Kaitlyn, is always super polite and prompt, considering the million questions I ask her!
