Excellent customer service and does a great job treating our lawn. The service techs always leave informational notes for us to improve our lawn. All treatments are safe for animals and kids. They don't have an online payment option but do make payments easy by providing a pre-made envelope and address.

Best in the business. Plain and simple. From spraying to landscape design and installation, these are the guys you want to use. The owner, Jared, is as great guy who’s very much involved and accessible. He has personable and knowledgeable guys like Kyle and Aubrey in place who provide top level customer service. Highly recommend!

I was with them for 3 to 4 years. Initially the quality of the weed control was near perfect and I did not have call backs. I started seeing a drop off in effectiveness last year and had several service calls this year. I tried to get a supervisor involved two or three times and bent over backwards trying to make that happen including calling a week ahead of time and taking a day off and instead they sent another tech who spot treated about half the weeds, which was predictable since there are so many this year.

Kyle, Juan & Clifford were great to work with for lawn care & yard pest control services. We had some hiccups on the pest control appointments in the beginning, but Kyle & Juan were diligent in getting everything corrected to be seamless in scheduling. I’ve been using roots for a few years now and Juan has always taken great care of my yard. Yard looks great and the pest control is top notch. Anytime I have a question I call up and speak with Taylor and she’s extremely helpful. Juan and Taylor are the best in the business!

This company is great, they provide us with quarterly lawn treatments and so far I am very pleased. Taylor was also very helpful at answering all my questions and calling me back with answers she may have not known off the top of her head. Everyone I have met from here is fantastic.

Just finished up my first year with Roots and yard looks better than I could have hoped for. Areas where we had trees removed filled in nicely. We added mosquito pest control and had a great summer in the pool. Juan is great in communicating when he is coming and always on time. He made our family feel like we are his favorite customer. Transformed our backyard!

These guys nailed it taking our backyard from drab to fab. When we bought this house, our backyard was average at best and needed a lot of work. After consulting with Roots and having had them treat our front yard for the past year, we decided to give them the project.
