Kyle Ezell has been very professional on time and knowledgeable about my yard he takes the time to explain and give me heads up of what he sees and how to improve my yard. I was with them for 3 to 4 years. Initially the quality of the weed control was near perfect and I did not have call backs. I started seeing a drop off in effectiveness last year and had several service calls this year. I tried to get a supervisor involved two or three times and bent over backwards trying to make that happen including calling a week ahead of time and taking a day off and instead they sent another tech who spot treated about half the weeds, which was predictable since there are so many this year.

Just finished up my first year with Roots and yard looks better than I could have hoped for. Areas where we had trees removed filled in nicely. We added mosquito pest control and had a great summer in the pool. Juan is great in communicating when he is coming and always on time. He made our family feel like we are his favorite customer. See you next year! We started using Roots because of their involvement with helping the community and glad we did.
