Mosquito Exterminators in Warner Robins

I was with them for 3 to 4 years. Initially the quality of the weed control was near perfect and I did not have call backs. I started seeing a drop off in effectiveness last year and had several service calls this year. I tried to get a supervisor involved two or three times and bent over backwards trying to make that happen including calling a week ahead of time and taking a day off and instead they sent another tech who spot treated about half the weeds, which was predictable since there are so many this year.

Juan was here this morning doing our mosquito control! He did a great job with the spraying, very thorough, not missing any areas. I highly recommend this if you spend any time outside! It makes it so much more enjoyable for outdoor activities. He also saw a need in the lawn that needed addressed. We have used several national lawn care companies in the past with less than satisfactory results for our centipede lawn. This company is phenomenal!! They are very customer oriented and our lawn has never looked better after only 3 treatments. They really know their stuff about southern lawns.

Roots beat all the competitors' quotes. The staff is extremely helpful in explaining everything. My technician (Kyle) was outstanding. He was very professional, thorough, and courteous. He spent time answering all of my questions and explaining why and what he was going to do to my lawn. Roots is completely customer oriented and I have no hesitation in recommending Roots.

I started out as a homeowner in Centerville using the "big name" lawn care company. I was actually pleased with their results, and we enjoyed a weed-free yard for a year. Then I fell prey to a local conniver. He offered the same service for half the price. I signed on the dotted line. Not sure exactly what happened, but all my grass died. When I went to cancel the service, the owner said "You should have asked us to do a soil sample or something if all of your grass was dying." My thought was isn't that what I'm paying for?
