We use Roots for monthly mosquito pest control. They always come promptly at the beginning of the month and our technician, Juan, let’s us know when he is coming! Juan is politely, efficient and does a great job. We have noticed a difference in the number of mosquitoes in our front and backyard! It is definitely worth it! Their customer service is also great

I was with them for 3 to 4 years. Initially the quality of the weed control was near perfect and I did not have call backs. I started seeing a drop off in effectiveness last year and had several service calls this year. I tried to get a supervisor involved two or three times and bent over backwards trying to make that happen including calling a week ahead of time and taking a day off and instead they sent another tech who spot treated about half the weeds, which was predictable since there are so many this year.

Roots and Turf Ornamental have been applying pest control around our home for a number of years and I can absolutely state that we have not had any pest issues for as long as Roots have been providing pest control service. We are completely satisfied with the service that Caleb provides 😊

Top notch service. They go the extra mile to please their customers. I had an Army Worm problem, the Roots Team treated and the worms won the first round. Roots team assured me that they would do what it took to eradicate the Bermuda eating machines. Just like they said they took care of the Army worms.

I know that Roots is a growing company because I see their signs everywhere, but somehow they have managed to keep a sense of very personal customer service. When I call, they always address me by name and are very helpful and polite. They also seem well acquainted with my property and services.

Aside from the customer service, the actual services provided are great. We have been them for a few years now our lawn always looks great. We added lawn pest service this year and I am looking forward to similar results.

Best in the business. Plain and simple. From spraying to landscape design and installation, these are the guys you want to use. The owner, Jared, is as great guy who’s very much involved and accessible. He has personable and knowledgeable guys like Kyle and Aubrey in place who provide top level customer service. Highly recommend!

Just finished up my first year with Roots and yard looks better than I could have hoped for. Areas where we had trees removed filled in nicely. We added mosquito pest control and had a great summer in the pool. Juan is great in communicating when he is coming and always on time. He made our family feel like we are his favorite customer. Roots has great customer service. From their owner to their service tech's....They are concerned about your lawn and your satisfaction, while most other vendors are concerned with "selling" services. I would HIGHLY recommend Roots to anyone looking for lawn services.
