Juan was here this morning doing our mosquito control! He did a great job with the spraying, very thorough, not missing any areas. I highly recommend this if you spend any time outside! It makes it so much more enjoyable for outdoor activities. He also saw a need in the lawn that needed addressed. He took pictures and sent it to our lawn technician.. thank you Juan for a job well done!!!

I have been using Roots for awhile now to help with my perimeter pest control. I can definitely tell that their monthly pest control has been helping keep bugs from entering my home. The pricing is fair and the customer service is A1! They are extremely responsive and the person that does my yard, always does my yard. I like that it helps with them staying familiar and consistent. Any issues, they handle real time. It doesn’t help with mosquitoes if you’re wondering, that is most likely a different package which most places charge separately for it.

They always do great work.

We absolutely love Roots! We shopped around for awhile but we weren’t happy with any lawn care company in the Perry area until we found roots. "Roots". Our yard is as beautiful as a golf course turf! Their customer service is GREAT! Sales representative Jacob Wilson came & viewed our yard (not pulled up lot size on the computer & quoted a price) and provided service treatment options, cost & payment options. Kyle, our treatment provider is friendly and does an outstanding job. He answers any questions I may have and suggests other services that may improve the appearance of the yard.He also calls at least a day ahead to let you know he is coming.

I was with them for 3 to 4 years. Initially the quality of the weed control was near perfect and I did not have call backs. I started seeing a drop off in effectiveness last year and had several service calls this year. I tried to get a supervisor involved two or three times and bent over backwards trying to make that happen including calling a week ahead of time and taking a day off and instead they sent another tech who spot treated about half the weeds, which was predictable since there are so many this year.
