I just want to thank Carter for his service. He initially treated my yard on Friday, however, not able to access my back yard. He left a notice and made himself available to come back and complete the job. Great customer service.

Kyle Ezell has been very professional on time and knowledgeable about my yard he takes the time to explain and give me heads up of what he sees and how to improve my yard. This is an awesome company to deal with. From the first time they came to our home to the follow up after installation, Kyle and his crew were very customer friendly. We had a complete landscaping project with with sod (Tiff Tuff). The gang showed up when they said they would and worked diligently to complete our project in 3 days. They planted over 100 plants and 11 pallets of sod. We love our yard. Thanks Roots Turf and Ornamental.

We use Roots for monthly mosquito pest control. They always come promptly at the beginning of the month and our technician, Juan, let’s us know when he is coming! Juan is politely, efficient and does a great job. We have noticed a difference in the number of mosquitoes in our front and backyard! It is definitely worth it! Their customer service is also great

They come when they say they will and do what they say they will do, weeds are gone after a few treatments. They do our mosquitoe control also and absolutely love that our yard is mosquitoe free! Would highly recommend Roots and Tyler!

I started out as a homeowner in Centerville using the "big name" lawn care company. I was actually pleased with their results, and we enjoyed a weed-free yard for a year. Then I fell prey to a local conniver. He offered the same service for half the price. I signed on the dotted line. Not sure exactly what happened, but all my grass died. When I went to cancel the service, the owner said "You should have asked us to do a soil sample or something if all of your grass was dying." My thought was isn't that what I'm paying for?
