I've been using Roots for over two years now. Jacob, the technician that services our lawn is outstanding. His knowledge of what needs to be done for our type of grass as well as his ability to spot problems and fix then when they are small has enabled our lawn to look its best. Roots is AMAZING!

Not only what they do for our lawn to keep the mosquito's away, but their customer service is IMPECCABLE! The girl who runs the front office, Kaitlyn, is always super polite and prompt, considering the million questions I ask her!

I was with them for 3 to 4 years. Initially the quality of the weed control was near perfect and I did not have call backs. I started seeing a drop off in effectiveness last year and had several service calls this year. I tried to get a supervisor involved two or three times and bent over backwards trying to make that happen including calling a week ahead of time and taking a day off and instead they sent another tech who spot treated about half the weeds, which was predictable since there are so many this year.

Have mosquito, lawn pest & weed control contracts...very pleased with services! Juan, Preston, Austin, Jacob & all the other technicians are ALWAYS professional! Can't recommend them enough!

I’ve been using roots for a few years now and Juan has always taken great care of my yard. Yard looks great and the pest control is top notch. Anytime I have a question I call up and speak with Taylor and she’s extremely helpful. Juan and Taylor are the best in the business!

Highly recommend! My neighbors recommended Roots for their professional, affordable service so I gave them a try. They are exactly as recommended and more! We use them for tree/shrub treatment, lawn weed control and mosquito spraying. Very military friendly and they don’t do clean reacts so the pricing is fair, flexible and easy! Prior to starting our treatments with them a couple years ago - our weeds were terrible and the mosquitoes were horrible. Now, my yard, trees/shrubs look fantastic!
