This company is TOTALLY OUTSTANDING!!! We are soooo glad we switched over from our previous lawn care company to Roots Turf & Ornamental. From day one we have noticed a tremendous difference. They have done more in just 3 months to erradicate weeds and bringing our lawn back to a beautiful condition than our previous company did over the last 18 months. They have been great about letting us know every step being taken and when and have been there right on time every time.

This is an awesome company to deal with. From the first time they came to our home to the follow up after installation, Kyle and his crew were very customer friendly. We had a complete landscaping project with with sod (Tiff Tuff). The gang showed up when they said they would and worked diligently to complete our project in 3 days. My yard was a disaster. I started using Roots Turf & Ornamental and one season later, my lawn looks amazing! I tried the mosquito control this summer and it was the first time I was able to sit on my back porch in the evenings, mosquito free. Now, I'm having Roots do my pest control to stop anything getting into my house. I'm sure I will be satisfied with that as well. I highly recommend Roots as they are professional, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable.

Customer service on setup was exceptional. A friendly representative got me set up within five minutes of calling. They were responsive and at my home within a day for my first application. The courtesy call they provided before arriving was very acceptable.

I was with them for 3 to 4 years. Initially the quality of the weed control was near perfect and I did not have call backs. I started seeing a drop off in effectiveness last year and had several service calls this year. I tried to get a supervisor involved two or three times and bent over backwards trying to make that happen including calling a week ahead of time and taking a day off and instead they sent another tech who spot treated about half the weeds, which was predictable since there are so many this year.
