I have been a Roots customer for about 2 years in total. I briefly switched to another weed control company after my first year with Roots in order to save $5 a month. I never see any weeds when Roots is servicing our property. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the other company we used. It didn’t take long for weeds to start appearing when we used the other weed control company. After using the other company for 2 months, I quickly realized that I made a mistake by leaving Roots. I called Roots up and they were able to offer me the same price I was getting with the other company.

You can expect great service and results from these guys. I've been using them for years and my yard always looks great.

Customer service on setup was exceptional. A friendly representative got me set up within five minutes of calling. They were responsive and at my home within a day for my first application. The courtesy call they provided before arriving was very acceptable.

Have been doing business with Roots close to 10 years. The customer care I have received throughout the years is unmatched. I have a new technician Mario who is carrying on Roots tradition of " customer first". He calls, texts before service and recommends additional applications needed for my lawn. High praise for Roots and continued success in Middle Ga.

Roots Turf & Ornamental are by far the best in town. Everyone there is so friendly and they care about there customers. There is a reason why they are named “Best of the Best”. Our yard looks phenomenal:) I highly recommend them. Thank you for all yalls hard work and everything y’all do.
