I have been with Roots for several years, approximately 7 or 8. Roots has been very competent and excellent in listening to my questions or concerns. I would recommend them to anyone wanting assistance in weed or pest control.

Taylor and Caitlin were very knowledgeable and answered every question or concern that I had. Thwy were very professional and had very happy/positive demeanor. The techs were at my house and started taking care of my yard with in a couple days. Would highly recommend this company to anyone!

We highly recommend Root's Lawn Service. Our newly built home, as of July 2021, came with a lawn full of various types of weeds from all of the churning up of the ground for leveling purposes. It took a few applications, but our yard is free of weeds now. Also the fertilization program they use is great. Our grass greened up beautifully and although it is dormant now, our lawn looks beautiful!

These guys over here know more about lawns, grass and weeds then anyone I know. They will get you squared away and break it down to a science for you.

Roots has definitely improved the looks of my yard. The technician that handles my yard is Tim. He is very knowledgeable and communicative when scheduling appointments and discussing chenical applications.

Roots as a company I think are amazing! But more specifically Juan! He does my mosquito and pest control and 10/10! I saw results almost instantly after he did my first treatment! I have been a Roots customer for about 2 years in total. I briefly switched to another weed control company after my first year with Roots in order to save $5 a month. I never see any weeds when Roots is servicing our property. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the other company we used. It didn’t take long for weeds to start appearing when we used the other weed control company. After using the other company for 2 months, I quickly realized that I made a mistake by leaving Roots. I called Roots up and they were able to offer me the same price I was getting with the other company.

I started out as a homeowner in Centerville using the "big name" lawn care company. I was actually pleased with their results, and we enjoyed a weed-free yard for a year. Then I fell prey to a local conniver. He offered the same service for half the price. I signed on the dotted line. Not sure exactly what happened, but all my grass died. When I went to cancel the service, the owner said "You should have asked us to do a soil sample or something if all of your grass was dying." My thought was isn't that what I'm paying for?
