Have been doing business with Roots close to 10 years. The customer care I have received throughout the years is unmatched. I have a new technician Mario who is carrying on Roots tradition of " customer first". He calls, texts before service and recommends additional applications needed for my lawn. He spent time answering all of my questions and explaining why and what he was going to do to my lawn. Roots is completely customer oriented and I have no hesitation in recommending Roots.

We love these people!! Roots and Turf Ornamental landscaped our yard three years ago and has nurtured it to keep it healthy. I'm currently at work and I'm watching them on my camera. They are very thorough I must say. I used Liquid Lawn Company prior to this company and they did a awesome job also but they typically they would be in and out in 10-15 minutes. From what I'm observing it definitely seems as though they hit every corner and area of my yard. I'm very excited in seeing the results. I will report back in the following months on the results. He went above and beyond not only getting our lawn healthy again, but by coming by every other week to make sure that the progress of our lawn was heading in the right direction.
