Highly recommend Roots Turf & Ornamental to anyone searching for help with weed control at their home or business. They began servicing my lawn about a year and a half ago and just in the first few months I noticed a significant difference. The service technicians are always friendly and take extra care to move toys that may be left in the yard by my children before they apply anything. These guys and gals are top notch in my opinion.

Excellent service and it really works

I was with them for 3 to 4 years. Initially the quality of the weed control was near perfect and I did not have call backs. I started seeing a drop off in effectiveness last year and had several service calls this year. I tried to get a supervisor involved two or three times and bent over backwards trying to make that happen including calling a week ahead of time and taking a day off and instead they sent another tech who spot treated about half the weeds, which was predictable since there are so many this year.

Thank you, Roots! Truly satisfied with your customer service and responsiveness. It takes to time to listen to your customers’ needs. That’s what you guys do best. Truly happy with the results! My yard is finally coming together!
