I have really enjoy Roots as my service for my lawn. Kyle Ezell has been very professional on time and knowledgeable about my yard he takes the time to explain and give me heads up of what he sees and how to improve my yard. I’ve been using them for 3+ years now and thankful because my family and I have enjoy being outside in our yard thanks Roots.

Roots Turf & Ornamental and employee Austin are everything we could want and need in a lawn maintenance company. Though I only require lawn fertilizing service, they offer many other services to ensure a beautiful lawn year round. Austin stays 100% on schedule and always calls leading up to the service to let me know when I'm on his schedule. The treatment used is tailored specifically to meet my lawn's need and it shows. If I have any concerns regarding stubborn weeds, I simply place a call and the company sends out a rep to assess and target my problem.

Best in the business. Plain and simple. From spraying to landscape design and installation, these are the guys you want to use. The owner, Jared, is as great guy who’s very much involved and accessible. He has personable and knowledgeable guys like Kyle and Aubrey in place who provide top level customer service. Highly recommend!

I'm currently at work and I'm watching them on my camera. They are very thorough I must say. I used Liquid Lawn Company prior to this company and they did a awesome job also but they typically they would be in and out in 10-15 minutes. From what I'm observing it definitely seems as though they hit every corner and area of my yard. I'm very excited in seeing the results. I will report back in the following months on the results. I have been using Roots for awhile now to help with my perimeter pest control. I can definitely tell that their monthly pest control has been helping keep bugs from entering my home. The pricing is fair and the customer service is A1! They are extremely responsive and the person that does my yard, always does my yard. I like that it helps with them staying familiar and consistent. Any issues, they handle real time. It doesn’t help with mosquitoes if you’re wondering, that is most likely a different package which most places charge separately for it.

Kyle called ahead and asked if he could service our lawn. He even was early; always nice not to have to wait and look at the watch. I spoke with him outside and he was very friendly and answered my questions. Thanks Kyle
