Have been doing business with Roots close to 10 years. The customer care I have received throughout the years is unmatched. I have a new technician Mario who is carrying on Roots tradition of " customer first". He calls, texts before service and recommends additional applications needed for my lawn. Great company! When we purchased our home, we inherited a yard that needed a lot of TLC. We had close to eight breeds of weeds. I hired Roots to rid my yard of the unwanted weeds and I am very impressed. I chose monthly applications (6 so far) and two aerations; weeds are gone now! In addition, the real grass has become noticeably healthy and greener. Did I mention...no contracts! I highly recommend Roots!

I have been a Roots customer for about 2 years in total. I briefly switched to another weed control company after my first year with Roots in order to save $5 a month. I never see any weeds when Roots is servicing our property. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the other company we used. It didn’t take long for weeds to start appearing when we used the other weed control company. After using the other company for 2 months, I quickly realized that I made a mistake by leaving Roots. I called Roots up and they were able to offer me the same price I was getting with the other company.

I know that Roots is a growing company because I see their signs everywhere, but somehow they have managed to keep a sense of very personal customer service. When I call, they always address me by name and are very helpful and polite. They also seem well acquainted with my property and services.

Aside from the customer service, the actual services provided are great. We have been them for a few years now our lawn always looks great. We added lawn pest service this year and I am looking forward to similar results.

We have used several national lawn care companies in the past with less than satisfactory results for our centipede lawn. This company is phenomenal!! They are very customer oriented and our lawn has never looked better after only 3 treatments. They really know their stuff about southern lawns.
