I was with them for 3 to 4 years. Initially the quality of the weed control was near perfect and I did not have call backs. I started seeing a drop off in effectiveness last year and had several service calls this year. I tried to get a supervisor involved two or three times and bent over backwards trying to make that happen including calling a week ahead of time and taking a day off and instead they sent another tech who spot treated about half the weeds, which was predictable since there are so many this year.

We want to send out a great big "thank you" on this 15th day of February to Roots and Turf Ornamental of Warner Robins and Bonaire, GA. They have been our landscaping artist for about three years now. On our 50th anniversary, they gave our dreary yard a new beautiful face. The crew worked diligently with no down time. We have used Roots for many years and highly recommend them. We use their Mosquito and Perimeter Pest control which are both provided by technician Juan. Juan does an excellent job taking time to ensure the entire area is treated. We have not seen any bugs in our house or mosquitoes since starting these treatments. Juan also texts us first to ensure it is OK for him to come since we have dogs and keep our gate locked. We also have Weed control and Fire Ants treatment by Roots and are extremely pleased with these services too. Roots is truly an outstanding company.
