I was with them for 3 to 4 years. Initially the quality of the weed control was near perfect and I did not have call backs. I started seeing a drop off in effectiveness last year and had several service calls this year. I tried to get a supervisor involved two or three times and bent over backwards trying to make that happen including calling a week ahead of time and taking a day off and instead they sent another tech who spot treated about half the weeds, which was predictable since there are so many this year.

Kyle, Juan & Clifford were great to work with for lawn care & yard pest control services. We had some hiccups on the pest control appointments in the beginning, but Kyle & Juan were diligent in getting everything corrected to be seamless in scheduling. Roots Turf and ornamental have been coming to my house for a few years an my yard and my flower bed look amazing. Excellent work they answer the phones when you call witch is all ways a plus ! When I need something done out of my scheduled lawn care I just call Taylor at the office and she gets it handled every time !
