Kyle Ezell has been very professional on time and knowledgeable about my yard he takes the time to explain and give me heads up of what he sees and how to improve my yard. I know that Roots is a growing company because I see their signs everywhere, but somehow they have managed to keep a sense of very personal customer service. When I call, they always address me by name and are very helpful and polite. They also seem well acquainted with my property and services.

Aside from the customer service, the actual services provided are great. We have been them for a few years now our lawn always looks great. We added lawn pest service this year and I am looking forward to similar results.
