Excellent customer service and does a great job treating our lawn. The service techs always leave informational notes for us to improve our lawn. All treatments are safe for animals and kids. They don't have an online payment option but do make payments easy by providing a pre-made envelope and address.

I have been a Roots customer for about 2 years in total. I briefly switched to another weed control company after my first year with Roots in order to save $5 a month. I never see any weeds when Roots is servicing our property. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the other company we used. It didn’t take long for weeds to start appearing when we used the other weed control company. After using the other company for 2 months, I quickly realized that I made a mistake by leaving Roots. I called Roots up and they were able to offer me the same price I was getting with the other company.

This company is amazing! Great people and top notch professional quality. I highly recommend you let them take care of your yard! They actually save me money every year because I don't have to buy all the chemicals and fertilizers. Not to mention the work of spreading around the yard. I started out as a homeowner in Centerville using the "big name" lawn care company. I was actually pleased with their results, and we enjoyed a weed-free yard for a year. Then I fell prey to a local conniver. He offered the same service for half the price. I signed on the dotted line. Not sure exactly what happened, but all my grass died. When I went to cancel the service, the owner said "You should have asked us to do a soil sample or something if all of your grass was dying." My thought was isn't that what I'm paying for?

We have used Roots for a year and a half now. I was doing it myself spending around $80 for two large bags of weed and feed, and pre-emmergent. Breaking my back pushing the spreader. Spot treating with roundup. Still wasnt as good as it could be. Finally called Roots. Taylor is the sweet young lady who will handle your set up. Jesse is my man who comes out and does a great job. Here are a picture of my lawn and a few neighbors who use Roots and other neighbors who do nothing. Big Dang Difference. It has been wet and warm this winter and my lawn still looks amazing. Worth every dang penny.
