I have been with Roots for several years, approximately 7 or 8. Roots has been very competent and excellent in listening to my questions or concerns. I would recommend them to anyone wanting assistance in weed or pest control.

Roots has definitely improved the looks of my yard. The technician that handles my yard is Tim. He is very knowledgeable and communicative when scheduling appointments and discussing chenical applications.

I called in to ask a few questions about services and Taylor Chambers went above and beyond with that phone call! From her customer service, to her professionalism. Not too mention how knowledgeable she was about services offered and pricing. I wouldn’t recommend any other place than here for a great customer experience!

We had some hiccups on the pest control appointments in the beginning, but Kyle & Juan were diligent in getting everything corrected to be seamless in scheduling. Roots beat all the competitors' quotes. The staff is extremely helpful in explaining everything. My technician (Kyle) was outstanding. He was very professional, thorough, and courteous. He spent time answering all of my questions and explaining why and what he was going to do to my lawn. Roots is completely customer oriented and I have no hesitation in recommending Roots.

Just finished up my first year with Roots and yard looks better than I could have hoped for. Areas where we had trees removed filled in nicely. We added mosquito pest control and had a great summer in the pool. Juan is great in communicating when he is coming and always on time. He made our family feel like we are his favorite customer.
