Transformed our backyard!

These guys nailed it taking our backyard from drab to fab. When we bought this house, our backyard was average at best and needed a lot of work. After consulting with Roots and having had them treat our front yard for the past year, we decided to give them the project.

I have been using Roots Turf and Ornamental's premium lawn services and mosquito control for several years now. Kyle and his team have done outstanding work keeping my yard weed free and nipping other turf problems in the bud. In addition, the mosquito control team has done yeoman's work keeping the mosquitos at bay, particularly in the summer. It is so nice to see a beautiful yard and be able t6o enjoy being out there throughout the year. I thank the entire Roots team.

I know that Roots is a growing company because I see their signs everywhere, but somehow they have managed to keep a sense of very personal customer service. When I call, they always address me by name and are very helpful and polite. They also seem well acquainted with my property and services.

Aside from the customer service, the actual services provided are great. We have been them for a few years now our lawn always looks great. We added lawn pest service this year and I am looking forward to similar results.

This company is TOTALLY OUTSTANDING!!! We are soooo glad we switched over from our previous lawn care company to Roots Turf & Ornamental. From day one we have noticed a tremendous difference. They have done more in just 3 months to erradicate weeds and bringing our lawn back to a beautiful condition than our previous company did over the last 18 months. They have been great about letting us know every step being taken and when and have been there right on time every time.

We want to send out a great big "thank you" on this 15th day of February to Roots and Turf Ornamental of Warner Robins and Bonaire, GA. I'm currently at work and I'm watching them on my camera. They are very thorough I must say. I used Liquid Lawn Company prior to this company and they did a awesome job also but they typically they would be in and out in 10-15 minutes. From what I'm observing it definitely seems as though they hit every corner and area of my yard. I'm very excited in seeing the results. I will report back in the following months on the results. I have been using Roots for awhile now to help with my perimeter pest control. I can definitely tell that their monthly pest control has been helping keep bugs from entering my home. The pricing is fair and the customer service is A1! They are extremely responsive and the person that does my yard, always does my yard. I like that it helps with them staying familiar and consistent. Any issues, they handle real time. It doesn’t help with mosquitoes if you’re wondering, that is most likely a different package which most places charge separately for it.
