Just finished up my first year with Roots and yard looks better than I could have hoped for. Areas where we had trees removed filled in nicely. We added mosquito pest control and had a great summer in the pool. Juan is great in communicating when he is coming and always on time. He made our family feel like we are his favorite customer. I know that Roots is a growing company because I see their signs everywhere, but somehow they have managed to keep a sense of very personal customer service. When I call, they always address me by name and are very helpful and polite. They also seem well acquainted with my property and services.

Aside from the customer service, the actual services provided are great. We have been them for a few years now our lawn always looks great. We added lawn pest service this year and I am looking forward to similar results.
