I have been using Roots for awhile now to help with my perimeter pest control. I can definitely tell that their monthly pest control has been helping keep bugs from entering my home. The pricing is fair and the customer service is A1! They are extremely responsive and the person that does my yard, always does my yard. I like that it helps with them staying familiar and consistent. Any issues, they handle real time. It doesn’t help with mosquitoes if you’re wondering, that is most likely a different package which most places charge separately for it.

I have used Roots Turf & Ornamental for three different services and I can attest to the phenomenal customer service and quick response time from their staff. Big shout out to Juan for going the extra mile in answering all my questions and educating me on their services. Excellent customer service and does a great job treating our lawn. The service techs always leave informational notes for us to improve our lawn. All treatments are safe for animals and kids. They don't have an online payment option but do make payments easy by providing a pre-made envelope and address.

Kyle came out same day and gave an estimate and Juan have been a great tech, communicates well each month to schedule, very easy process. Can pay online and IT WORKS GREAT! Immediate excellent results.

Roots Turf and Ornanental has the greatest Customer Service around. If you call and have a problem they are right there. I also use their Mosquito service and I didn't have the first mosquito bite last tear. I have green grass an NO DANDELIONS.

Great company! When we purchased our home, we inherited a yard that needed a lot of TLC. We had close to eight breeds of weeds. I hired Roots to rid my yard of the unwanted weeds and I am very impressed. I chose monthly applications (6 so far) and two aerations; weeds are gone now! In addition, the real grass has become noticeably healthy and greener. Did I mention...no contracts! I highly recommend Roots!
