I have been a Roots customer for about 2 years in total. I briefly switched to another weed control company after my first year with Roots in order to save $5 a month. I never see any weeds when Roots is servicing our property. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the other company we used. It didn’t take long for weeds to start appearing when we used the other weed control company. After using the other company for 2 months, I quickly realized that I made a mistake by leaving Roots. I called Roots up and they were able to offer me the same price I was getting with the other company.

We want to send out a great big "thank you" on this 15th day of February to Roots and Turf Ornamental of Warner Robins and Bonaire, GA. They have been our landscaping artist for about three years now. On our 50th anniversary, they gave our dreary yard a new beautiful face. The crew worked diligently with no down time. Roots beat all the competitors' quotes. The staff is extremely helpful in explaining everything. My technician (Kyle) was outstanding. He was very professional, thorough, and courteous. He spent time answering all of my questions and explaining why and what he was going to do to my lawn. Roots is completely customer oriented and I have no hesitation in recommending Roots.

We highly recommend Root's Lawn Service. Our newly built home, as of July 2021, came with a lawn full of various types of weeds from all of the churning up of the ground for leveling purposes. It took a few applications, but our yard is free of weeds now. Also the fertilization program they use is great. Our grass greened up beautifully and although it is dormant now, our lawn looks beautiful!

We appreciate the care and attention that Kyle aka Junior gives our lawn. If we ever have a question or concern he responds quickly and takes care of the problem. Everyone who works at Roots is friendly and professional. And by the way, our grass looks better than it ever has!

Customer service on setup was exceptional. A friendly representative got me set up within five minutes of calling. They were responsive and at my home within a day for my first application. The courtesy call they provided before arriving was very acceptable.
