Have been doing business with Roots close to 10 years. The customer care I have received throughout the years is unmatched. I have a new technician Mario who is carrying on Roots tradition of " customer first". He calls, texts before service and recommends additional applications needed for my lawn. I was with them for 3 to 4 years. Initially the quality of the weed control was near perfect and I did not have call backs. I started seeing a drop off in effectiveness last year and had several service calls this year. I tried to get a supervisor involved two or three times and bent over backwards trying to make that happen including calling a week ahead of time and taking a day off and instead they sent another tech who spot treated about half the weeds, which was predictable since there are so many this year.

I just want to thank Carter for his service. He initially treated my yard on Friday, however, not able to access my back yard. He left a notice and made himself available to come back and complete the job. Great customer service.

We were in yard and outside around pool during day and evening no bites!!!! I sit on my back porch every evening and fight mosquitoes.....until you sprayed my yard. It's the best money I've spent this year!!! I definitely recommend their service!
