I have been a Roots customer for about 2 years in total. I briefly switched to another weed control company after my first year with Roots in order to save $5 a month. I never see any weeds when Roots is servicing our property. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the other company we used. It didn’t take long for weeds to start appearing when we used the other weed control company. After using the other company for 2 months, I quickly realized that I made a mistake by leaving Roots. I called Roots up and they were able to offer me the same price I was getting with the other company.

Kyle, Juan & Clifford were great to work with for lawn care & yard pest control services. We had some hiccups on the pest control appointments in the beginning, but Kyle & Juan were diligent in getting everything corrected to be seamless in scheduling. I was with them for 3 to 4 years. Initially the quality of the weed control was near perfect and I did not have call backs. I started seeing a drop off in effectiveness last year and had several service calls this year. I tried to get a supervisor involved two or three times and bent over backwards trying to make that happen including calling a week ahead of time and taking a day off and instead they sent another tech who spot treated about half the weeds, which was predictable since there are so many this year.
