Roots Turf & Ornamental and employee Austin are everything we could want and need in a lawn maintenance company. Though I only require lawn fertilizing service, they offer many other services to ensure a beautiful lawn year round. Austin stays 100% on schedule and always calls leading up to the service to let me know when I'm on his schedule. The treatment used is tailored specifically to meet my lawn's need and it shows. If I have any concerns regarding stubborn weeds, I simply place a call and the company sends out a rep to assess and target my problem.

Kaitlyn Williams is very professional and gave me more than enough information to ensure me I was choosing the right lawn care service. Wonderful attitude and very polite.

Awesome Lawn Service. Had a crab grass problem and most other Lawn services said they couldn't get rid of it without killing all grass. Roots has done it. Thanks for the assistance.

I was with them for 3 to 4 years. Initially the quality of the weed control was near perfect and I did not have call backs. I started seeing a drop off in effectiveness last year and had several service calls this year. I tried to get a supervisor involved two or three times and bent over backwards trying to make that happen including calling a week ahead of time and taking a day off and instead they sent another tech who spot treated about half the weeds, which was predictable since there are so many this year.

The team at roots has treated my yard for over 2 years! I have a beautiful yard as a result. They are professional and respectful. I've worked with a few guys and they have all been great. Every service was explained beforehand and carried out flawlessly. Thank you guys for what you do!

I've been using Roots for over two years now. Jacob, the technician that services our lawn is outstanding. His knowledge of what needs to be done for our type of grass as well as his ability to spot problems and fix then when they are small has enabled our lawn to look its best. Please don't let him get away, you have a great representative in him.

I'm currently at work and I'm watching them on my camera. They are very thorough I must say. I used Liquid Lawn Company prior to this company and they did a awesome job also but they typically they would be in and out in 10-15 minutes. From what I'm observing it definitely seems as though they hit every corner and area of my yard. I'm very excited in seeing the results. I will report back in the following months on the results. They come when they say they will and do what they say they will do, weeds are gone after a few treatments. They do our mosquitoe control also and absolutely love that our yard is mosquitoe free! Would highly recommend Roots and Tyler!

This company is great, they provide us with quarterly lawn treatments and so far I am very pleased. Taylor was also very helpful at answering all my questions and calling me back with answers she may have not known off the top of her head. Everyone I have met from here is fantastic.
