Huge improvement to my yard by calling Roots out and using their services.

This company is TOTALLY OUTSTANDING!!! We are soooo glad we switched over from our previous lawn care company to Roots Turf & Ornamental. From day one we have noticed a tremendous difference. They have done more in just 3 months to erradicate weeds and bringing our lawn back to a beautiful condition than our previous company did over the last 18 months. They have been great about letting us know every step being taken and when and have been there right on time every time.

I was with them for 3 to 4 years. Initially the quality of the weed control was near perfect and I did not have call backs. I started seeing a drop off in effectiveness last year and had several service calls this year. I tried to get a supervisor involved two or three times and bent over backwards trying to make that happen including calling a week ahead of time and taking a day off and instead they sent another tech who spot treated about half the weeds, which was predictable since there are so many this year.

Devin is always very professional and lets me know when he is coming to spray. Carter is always good about explaining and answering all my questions and following up. The team is great to work with and I have noticed a big difference since we have been using their services. Thank you.

We use them every year around this time for mosquito control. Very rarely do we see a mosquito in our yard! Customer service is top notch! We love the Roots Family.

These guys nailed it taking our backyard from drab to fab. When we bought this house, our backyard was average at best and needed a lot of work. After consulting with Roots and having had them treat our front yard for the past year, we decided to give them the project.
