We absolutely love Roots! We shopped around for awhile but we weren’t happy with any lawn care company in the Perry area until we found roots. I definitely recommend using Roots for your lawn needs and ask for Landon, he is the best lawn technician! He does a great job, very knowledgeable, and he’s always on time!

Roots Turf and ornamental have been coming to my house for a few years an my yard and my flower bed look amazing. Excellent work they answer the phones when you call witch is all ways a plus ! When I need something done out of my scheduled lawn care I just call Taylor at the office and she gets it handled every time !

He went above and beyond not only getting our lawn healthy again, but by coming by every other week to make sure that the progress of our lawn was heading in the right direction. We recieved our application for bug control from Juan Flores and he gave 5 star service. The young man was very professional and knowledgeable to any questions and did a thorough job on our property. The company should be lucky to have such a great worker.

I was with them for 3 to 4 years. Initially the quality of the weed control was near perfect and I did not have call backs. I started seeing a drop off in effectiveness last year and had several service calls this year. I tried to get a supervisor involved two or three times and bent over backwards trying to make that happen including calling a week ahead of time and taking a day off and instead they sent another tech who spot treated about half the weeds, which was predictable since there are so many this year.

I just want to thank Carter for his service. He initially treated my yard on Friday, however, not able to access my back yard. He left a notice and made himself available to come back and complete the job. Great customer service.
