I was with them for 3 to 4 years. Initially the quality of the weed control was near perfect and I did not have call backs. I started seeing a drop off in effectiveness last year and had several service calls this year. I tried to get a supervisor involved two or three times and bent over backwards trying to make that happen including calling a week ahead of time and taking a day off and instead they sent another tech who spot treated about half the weeds, which was predictable since there are so many this year.

Excellent communication and details on each visit, consistent service, professional and friendly.

Roots, Turf, & Ornamental is very professional in yard maintenance. Their personnel are excellent like my service man, Devin. I like the way they text to schedule the best time to come service and the thoroughness of the service provided.

Kyle, Juan & Clifford were great to work with for lawn care & yard pest control services. We had some hiccups on the pest control appointments in the beginning, but Kyle & Juan were diligent in getting everything corrected to be seamless in scheduling. These guys nailed it taking our backyard from drab to fab. When we bought this house, our backyard was average at best and needed a lot of work. After consulting with Roots and having had them treat our front yard for the past year, we decided to give them the project.
