Roots Turf and Ornanental has the greatest Customer Service around. If you call and have a problem they are right there. I also use their Mosquito service and I didn't have the first mosquito bite last tear. I have green grass an NO DANDELIONS.

My father lives on same street and we both had are yards sprayed. Immediately after we had a downpour and multiple evening downpours. We were in yard and outside around pool during day and evening no bites!!!! I sit on my back porch every evening and fight mosquitoes.....until you sprayed my yard. I know that Roots is a growing company because I see their signs everywhere, but somehow they have managed to keep a sense of very personal customer service. When I call, they always address me by name and are very helpful and polite. They also seem well acquainted with my property and services.

Aside from the customer service, the actual services provided are great. We have been them for a few years now our lawn always looks great. We added lawn pest service this year and I am looking forward to similar results.

I was with them for 3 to 4 years. Initially the quality of the weed control was near perfect and I did not have call backs. I started seeing a drop off in effectiveness last year and had several service calls this year. I tried to get a supervisor involved two or three times and bent over backwards trying to make that happen including calling a week ahead of time and taking a day off and instead they sent another tech who spot treated about half the weeds, which was predictable since there are so many this year.
