I looked up the Best of the Best in lawn and plant care and Roots came up #1! I called and Kyle Gore, Sales Manager, came for a consult with me. I had had a contract service with a company and was not satisfied with the service. Mr. Gore came promptly the next day, looked at my situation, and I started off with a month to month service to keep my lawn fertilized and weeded. Excellent customer service and does a great job treating our lawn. The service techs always leave informational notes for us to improve our lawn. All treatments are safe for animals and kids. They don't have an online payment option but do make payments easy by providing a pre-made envelope and address.
