I looked up the Best of the Best in lawn and plant care and Roots came up #1! I called and Kyle Gore, Sales Manager, came for a consult with me. I had had a contract service with a company and was not satisfied with the service. Mr. Gore came promptly the next day, looked at my situation, and I started off with a month to month service to keep my lawn fertilized and weeded. He was professional and made me feel confident that this company can help me get my lawn into the best shape possible.

I have been a Roots customer for about 2 years in total. I briefly switched to another weed control company after my first year with Roots in order to save $5 a month. I never see any weeds when Roots is servicing our property. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the other company we used. It didn’t take long for weeds to start appearing when we used the other weed control company. After using the other company for 2 months, I quickly realized that I made a mistake by leaving Roots. I called Roots up and they were able to offer me the same price I was getting with the other company.

Mike is my mosquito guy, very professional, I love how How he texts me to let me know he’s coming, and best part is NO mosquitos!

Best in the business. Plain and simple. From spraying to landscape design and installation, these are the guys you want to use. The owner, Jared, is as great guy who’s very much involved and accessible. He has personable and knowledgeable guys like Kyle and Aubrey in place who provide top level customer service. I know that Roots is a growing company because I see their signs everywhere, but somehow they have managed to keep a sense of very personal customer service. When I call, they always address me by name and are very helpful and polite. They also seem well acquainted with my property and services.

Aside from the customer service, the actual services provided are great. We have been them for a few years now our lawn always looks great. We added lawn pest service this year and I am looking forward to similar results.
