We have used Roots year round for a few years now and they have been wonderful to work with. They are easy to contact and staff is always very polite and educational. Highly recommend the fire ant treatment.

I was with them for 3 to 4 years. Initially the quality of the weed control was near perfect and I did not have call backs. I started seeing a drop off in effectiveness last year and had several service calls this year. I tried to get a supervisor involved two or three times and bent over backwards trying to make that happen including calling a week ahead of time and taking a day off and instead they sent another tech who spot treated about half the weeds, which was predictable since there are so many this year.

We recieved our application for bug control from Juan Flores and he gave 5 star service. The young man was very professional and knowledgeable to any questions and did a thorough job on our property. The company should be lucky to have such a great worker.
