Roots has been the best lawn care service we’ve had. They are experienced, helpful with any questions I have. Always personable! I was with them for 3 to 4 years. Initially the quality of the weed control was near perfect and I did not have call backs. I started seeing a drop off in effectiveness last year and had several service calls this year. I tried to get a supervisor involved two or three times and bent over backwards trying to make that happen including calling a week ahead of time and taking a day off and instead they sent another tech who spot treated about half the weeds, which was predictable since there are so many this year.

They were very helpful with maintaining the lawn with regular services and also landscaped our backyard. The team is polite and helpful. Would recommend using them for your lawn care needs.
