In addition, the mosquito control team has done yeoman's work keeping the mosquitos at bay, particularly in the summer. Juan was here this morning doing our mosquito control! He did a great job with the spraying, very thorough, not missing any areas. I highly recommend this if you spend any time outside! Just finished up my first year with Roots and yard looks better than I could have hoped for. Areas where we had trees removed filled in nicely. We added mosquito pest control and had a great summer in the pool. Juan is great in communicating when he is coming and always on time. He made our family feel like we are his favorite customer. Not only what they do for our lawn to keep the mosquito's away, but their customer service is IMPECCABLE! The girl who runs the front office, Kaitlyn, is always super polite and prompt, considering the million questions I ask her!

Customer service on setup was exceptional. A friendly representative got me set up within five minutes of calling. They were responsive and at my home within a day for my first application. The courtesy call they provided before arriving was very acceptable.
