Roots Turf & Ornamental and employee Austin are everything we could want and need in a lawn maintenance company. Though I only require lawn fertilizing service, they offer many other services to ensure a beautiful lawn year round. Austin stays 100% on schedule and always calls leading up to the service to let me know when I'm on his schedule. The treatment used is tailored specifically to meet my lawn's need and it shows. If I have any concerns regarding stubborn weeds, I simply place a call and the company sends out a rep to assess and target my problem.

I called in to ask a few questions about services and Taylor Chambers went above and beyond with that phone call! From her customer service, to her professionalism. Not too mention how knowledgeable she was about services offered and pricing. I wouldn’t recommend any other place than here for a great customer experience!
