I have a new technician Mario who is carrying on Roots tradition of " customer first". He calls, texts before service and recommends additional applications needed for my lawn. Roots Turf and Ornanental has the greatest Customer Service around. If you call and have a problem they are right there. I also use their Mosquito service and I didn't have the first mosquito bite last tear. I have green grass an NO DANDELIONS.

Taylor and Caitlin were very knowledgeable and answered every question or concern that I had. Thwy were very professional and had very happy/positive demeanor. The techs were at my house and started taking care of my yard with in a couple days. Would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I have been a Roots customer for about 2 years in total. I briefly switched to another weed control company after my first year with Roots in order to save $5 a month. I never see any weeds when Roots is servicing our property. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the other company we used. It didn’t take long for weeds to start appearing when we used the other weed control company. After using the other company for 2 months, I quickly realized that I made a mistake by leaving Roots. I called Roots up and they were able to offer me the same price I was getting with the other company.

Roots as a company I think are amazing! But more specifically Juan! He does my mosquito and pest control and 10/10! I saw results almost instantly after he did my first treatment! He really goes that extra mile by staying in contact with his clients and ensures the job is done correctly every single time. One happy customer.

Top notch service. They go the extra mile to please their customers. I had an Army Worm problem, the Roots Team treated and the worms won the first round. Roots team assured me that they would do what it took to eradicate the Bermuda eating machines. Just like they said they took care of the Army worms.
