This is an awesome company to deal with. From the first time they came to our home to the follow up after installation, Kyle and his crew were very customer friendly. We had a complete landscaping project with with sod (Tiff Tuff). The gang showed up when they said they would and worked diligently to complete our project in 3 days. I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to get rid of weeds in my lawn. Within the first two appointments I could see results that I never could get on my own. Best thing I have ever done for my lawn. We have small children and sand spurs in our yard. They were gone in a few applications. Our back yard is fun again.

I was with them for 3 to 4 years. Initially the quality of the weed control was near perfect and I did not have call backs. I started seeing a drop off in effectiveness last year and had several service calls this year. I tried to get a supervisor involved two or three times and bent over backwards trying to make that happen including calling a week ahead of time and taking a day off and instead they sent another tech who spot treated about half the weeds, which was predictable since there are so many this year.

My yard has never looked better! Tyler and Austin have been awesome at getting my lawn looking great. They are always on time and if I ever have a problem they are very quick to get it resolved. I would highly recommend Roots.

I've been using Roots for over two years now. Jacob, the technician that services our lawn is outstanding. His knowledge of what needs to be done for our type of grass as well as his ability to spot problems and fix then when they are small has enabled our lawn to look its best. Please don't let him get away, you have a great representative in him.

We have used several national lawn care companies in the past with less than satisfactory results for our centipede lawn. This company is phenomenal!! They are very customer oriented and our lawn has never looked better after only 3 treatments. They really know their stuff about southern lawns.
