I've been using Roots for over two years now. Jacob, the technician that services our lawn is outstanding. His knowledge of what needs to be done for our type of grass as well as his ability to spot problems and fix then when they are small has enabled our lawn to look its best. I started out as a homeowner in Centerville using the "big name" lawn care company. I was actually pleased with their results, and we enjoyed a weed-free yard for a year. Then I fell prey to a local conniver. He offered the same service for half the price. I signed on the dotted line. Not sure exactly what happened, but all my grass died. When I went to cancel the service, the owner said "You should have asked us to do a soil sample or something if all of your grass was dying." My thought was isn't that what I'm paying for?
