I know that Roots is a growing company because I see their signs everywhere, but somehow they have managed to keep a sense of very personal customer service. When I call, they always address me by name and are very helpful and polite. They also seem well acquainted with my property and services.

Aside from the customer service, the actual services provided are great. We have been them for a few years now our lawn always looks great. We added lawn pest service this year and I am looking forward to similar results.

We had some hiccups on the pest control appointments in the beginning, but Kyle & Juan were diligent in getting everything corrected to be seamless in scheduling. We highly recommend Root's Lawn Service. Our newly built home, as of July 2021, came with a lawn full of various types of weeds from all of the churning up of the ground for leveling purposes. It took a few applications, but our yard is free of weeds now. Also the fertilization program they use is great. Our grass greened up beautifully and although it is dormant now, our lawn looks beautiful!
