Exceptionally courteous people, with great company values. They offer a fantastic service. Can't recommend them often enough. Especially their fire ant and mosquito treatments. A NECESSITY in the south.

My yard was a disaster. I started using Roots Turf & Ornamental and one season later, my lawn looks amazing! I tried the mosquito control this summer and it was the first time I was able to sit on my back porch in the evenings, mosquito free. Now, I'm having Roots do my pest control to stop anything getting into my house. I'm sure I will be satisfied with that as well. I highly recommend Roots as they are professional, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable.

Roots has been great! My yard was nice before, now it’s outstanding! Kyle, Jacob & Preston have been wonderful! They are Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable and Pay Attention to Detail! They’re taming the weeds and following their Watering Instructions has made a major difference. The Aeration of the yard was great, especially the compacted soil in my backyard, and was the best money I’ve ever spent! The weeds are gone and grass is growing in beautifully. I Highly Recommend these Guys!!!

Just finished up my first year with Roots and yard looks better than I could have hoped for. Areas where we had trees removed filled in nicely. We added mosquito pest control and had a great summer in the pool. Juan is great in communicating when he is coming and always on time. He made our family feel like we are his favorite customer. See you next year! We started using Roots because of their involvement with helping the community and glad we did.

I called in to ask a few questions about services and Taylor Chambers went above and beyond with that phone call! From her customer service, to her professionalism. Not too mention how knowledgeable she was about services offered and pricing. I wouldn’t recommend any other place than here for a great customer experience!

Best in the business. Plain and simple. From spraying to landscape design and installation, these are the guys you want to use. The owner, Jared, is as great guy who’s very much involved and accessible. He has personable and knowledgeable guys like Kyle and Aubrey in place who provide top level customer service. I have been using Roots for awhile now to help with my perimeter pest control. I can definitely tell that their monthly pest control has been helping keep bugs from entering my home. The pricing is fair and the customer service is A1! They are extremely responsive and the person that does my yard, always does my yard. I like that it helps with them staying familiar and consistent. Any issues, they handle real time. It doesn’t help with mosquitoes if you’re wondering, that is most likely a different package which most places charge separately for it.

We have used several national lawn care companies in the past with less than satisfactory results for our centipede lawn. This company is phenomenal!! They are very customer oriented and our lawn has never looked better after only 3 treatments. They really know their stuff about southern lawns.
