Excellent customer service and does a great job treating our lawn. The service techs always leave informational notes for us to improve our lawn. All treatments are safe for animals and kids. They don't have an online payment option but do make payments easy by providing a pre-made envelope and address.

Taylor was very professional and assisted me in quickly getting a quote for weed treatment. Excellent customer service and quick responses to all my questions.

I knew something had to be done about the mosquitos in my yard, but I wasn't sure who to trust. I knew I'd found the right people when I called and talked to Kaitlyn. She answered all of my questions and matched me with the perfect package to keep my yard mosquito free, thanks!

My yard was a disaster. I started using Roots Turf & Ornamental and one season later, my lawn looks amazing! I tried the mosquito control this summer and it was the first time I was able to sit on my back porch in the evenings, mosquito free. Now, I'm having Roots do my pest control to stop anything getting into my house. I'm sure I will be satisfied with that as well. I highly recommend Roots as they are professional, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable.

My Zenith Zoysia lawns looks great because Kyle takes such great care of it. He’s always on time and sends me a heads up before he comes. You’d think the lawn was his own by the way he manages it.

Roots as a company I think are amazing! But more specifically Juan! He does my mosquito and pest control and 10/10! I saw results almost instantly after he did my first treatment!
