I know that Roots is a growing company because I see their signs everywhere, but somehow they have managed to keep a sense of very personal customer service. When I call, they always address me by name and are very helpful and polite. They also seem well acquainted with my property and services.

Aside from the customer service, the actual services provided are great. We have been them for a few years now our lawn always looks great. We added lawn pest service this year and I am looking forward to similar results.

Taylor and Caitlin were very knowledgeable and answered every question or concern that I had. Thwy were very professional and had very happy/positive demeanor. The techs were at my house and started taking care of my yard with in a couple days. Would highly recommend this company to anyone!

This company is amazing! Great people and top notch professional quality. I highly recommend you let them take care of your yard! They actually save me money every year because I don't have to buy all the chemicals and fertilizers. Not to mention the work of spreading around the yard. We use Roots for monthly mosquito pest control. They always come promptly at the beginning of the month and our technician, Juan, let’s us know when he is coming! Juan is politely, efficient and does a great job. We have noticed a difference in the number of mosquitoes in our front and backyard! It is definitely worth it! Their customer service is also great
