This is an awesome company to deal with. From the first time they came to our home to the follow up after installation, Kyle and his crew were very customer friendly. We had a complete landscaping project with with sod (Tiff Tuff). The gang showed up when they said they would and worked diligently to complete our project in 3 days. Roots Turf & Ornamental and employee Austin are everything we could want and need in a lawn maintenance company. Though I only require lawn fertilizing service, they offer many other services to ensure a beautiful lawn year round. Austin stays 100% on schedule and always calls leading up to the service to let me know when I'm on his schedule. The treatment used is tailored specifically to meet my lawn's need and it shows. If I have any concerns regarding stubborn weeds, I simply place a call and the company sends out a rep to assess and target my problem.

Devin is always very professional and lets me know when he is coming to spray. Carter is always good about explaining and answering all my questions and following up. The team is great to work with and I have noticed a big difference since we have been using their services. Thank you.

I know that Roots is a growing company because I see their signs everywhere, but somehow they have managed to keep a sense of very personal customer service. When I call, they always address me by name and are very helpful and polite. They also seem well acquainted with my property and services.

We use Roots for monthly mosquito pest control. They always come promptly at the beginning of the month and our technician, Juan, let’s us know when he is coming! Juan is politely, efficient and does a great job. We have noticed a difference in the number of mosquitoes in our front and backyard! It is definitely worth it! Their customer service is also great

This company is great, they provide us with quarterly lawn treatments and so far I am very pleased. Taylor was also very helpful at answering all my questions and calling me back with answers she may have not known off the top of her head. Everyone I have met from here is fantastic.
