I started out as a homeowner in Centerville using the "big name" lawn care company. I was actually pleased with their results, and we enjoyed a weed-free yard for a year. Then I fell prey to a local conniver. He offered the same service for half the price. I signed on the dotted line. Not sure exactly what happened, but all my grass died. When I went to cancel the service, the owner said "You should have asked us to do a soil sample or something if all of your grass was dying." My thought was isn't that what I'm paying for?

You can expect great service and results from these guys. I've been using them for years and my yard always looks great.

He went above and beyond not only getting our lawn healthy again, but by coming by every other week to make sure that the progress of our lawn was heading in the right direction. Kyle Gore and staff are honest, the nicest most professional people I've dealt with. I highly recommend Roots to anyone that needs lawn care.

Not only what they do for our lawn to keep the mosquito's away, but their customer service is IMPECCABLE! The girl who runs the front office, Kaitlyn, is always super polite and prompt, considering the million questions I ask her!
