I know that Roots is a growing company because I see their signs everywhere, but somehow they have managed to keep a sense of very personal customer service. When I call, they always address me by name and are very helpful and polite. They also seem well acquainted with my property and services.

Aside from the customer service, the actual services provided are great. We have been them for a few years now our lawn always looks great. We added lawn pest service this year and I am looking forward to similar results.

I have been using Roots for awhile now to help with my perimeter pest control. I can definitely tell that their monthly pest control has been helping keep bugs from entering my home. The pricing is fair and the customer service is A1! They are extremely responsive and the person that does my yard, always does my yard. I like that it helps with them staying familiar and consistent. Any issues, they handle real time. It doesn’t help with mosquitoes if you’re wondering, that is most likely a different package which most places charge separately for it.

I want to give kudos to Aubrey Mack, Quality Control Manager with Roots Turf & Ornamental. His knowledge, professionalism, and responsiveness are outstanding. He listens to your wants and concerns when it comes to having a great looking healthy yard. Aubrey with his turf knowledge and expertise put a plan together to get my yard back on track and he explained every step. Thank you Aubrey for taking the time and addressing my needs and concerns. Just finished up my first year with Roots and yard looks better than I could have hoped for. Areas where we had trees removed filled in nicely. We added mosquito pest control and had a great summer in the pool. Juan is great in communicating when he is coming and always on time. He made our family feel like we are his favorite customer. See you next year! We started using Roots because of their involvement with helping the community and glad we did.
