Excellent customer service and does a great job treating our lawn. The service techs always leave informational notes for us to improve our lawn. All treatments are safe for animals and kids. They don't have an online payment option but do make payments easy by providing a pre-made envelope and address.

I have been a Roots customer for about 2 years in total. I briefly switched to another weed control company after my first year with Roots in order to save $5 a month. I never see any weeds when Roots is servicing our property. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the other company we used. It didn’t take long for weeds to start appearing when we used the other weed control company. After using the other company for 2 months, I quickly realized that I made a mistake by leaving Roots. I called Roots up and they were able to offer me the same price I was getting with the other company.

I have really enjoy Roots as my service for my lawn. Kyle Ezell has been very professional on time and knowledgeable about my yard he takes the time to explain and give me heads up of what he sees and how to improve my yard. I’ve been using them for 3+ years now and thankful because my family and I have enjoy being outside in our yard thanks Roots.

I'm currently at work and I'm watching them on my camera. They are very thorough I must say. I used Liquid Lawn Company prior to this company and they did a awesome job also but they typically they would be in and out in 10-15 minutes. From what I'm observing it definitely seems as though they hit every corner and area of my yard. I'm very excited in seeing the results. I will report back in the following months on the results. Roots Turf and Ornanental has the greatest Customer Service around. If you call and have a problem they are right there. I also use their Mosquito service and I didn't have the first mosquito bite last tear. I have green grass an NO DANDELIONS.
