I've been using Roots for over two years now. Jacob, the technician that services our lawn is outstanding. His knowledge of what needs to be done for our type of grass as well as his ability to spot problems and fix then when they are small has enabled our lawn to look its best. Sales representative Jacob Wilson came & viewed our yard (not pulled up lot size on the computer & quoted a price) and provided service treatment options, cost & payment options. Kyle, our treatment provider is friendly and does an outstanding job. He answers any questions I may have and suggests other services that may improve the appearance of the yard.He also calls at least a day ahead to let you know he is coming.

Great company to use! Top of the line work!

I have been a Roots customer for about 2 years in total. I briefly switched to another weed control company after my first year with Roots in order to save $5 a month. I never see any weeds when Roots is servicing our property. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the other company we used. It didn’t take long for weeds to start appearing when we used the other weed control company. After using the other company for 2 months, I quickly realized that I made a mistake by leaving Roots. I called Roots up and they were able to offer me the same price I was getting with the other company.

Have been doing business with Roots close to 10 years. The customer care I have received throughout the years is unmatched. I have a new technician Mario who is carrying on Roots tradition of " customer first". He calls, texts before service and recommends additional applications needed for my lawn.
