I was with them for 3 to 4 years. Initially the quality of the weed control was near perfect and I did not have call backs. I started seeing a drop off in effectiveness last year and had several service calls this year. I tried to get a supervisor involved two or three times and bent over backwards trying to make that happen including calling a week ahead of time and taking a day off and instead they sent another tech who spot treated about half the weeds, which was predictable since there are so many this year.

Not only what they do for our lawn to keep the mosquito's away, but their customer service is IMPECCABLE! The girl who runs the front office, Kaitlyn, is always super polite and prompt, considering the million questions I ask her!

The owner, Jared, is as great guy who’s very much involved and accessible. He has personable and knowledgeable guys like Kyle and Aubrey in place who provide top level customer service. Roots Turf and ornamental have been coming to my house for a few years an my yard and my flower bed look amazing. Excellent work they answer the phones when you call witch is all ways a plus ! When I need something done out of my scheduled lawn care I just call Taylor at the office and she gets it handled every time !
