This company is TOTALLY OUTSTANDING!!! We are soooo glad we switched over from our previous lawn care company to Roots Turf & Ornamental. From day one we have noticed a tremendous difference. They have done more in just 3 months to erradicate weeds and bringing our lawn back to a beautiful condition than our previous company did over the last 18 months. Mike is my mosquito guy, very professional, I love how How he texts me to let me know he’s coming, and best part is NO mosquitos!

I was with them for 3 to 4 years. Initially the quality of the weed control was near perfect and I did not have call backs. I started seeing a drop off in effectiveness last year and had several service calls this year. I tried to get a supervisor involved two or three times and bent over backwards trying to make that happen including calling a week ahead of time and taking a day off and instead they sent another tech who spot treated about half the weeds, which was predictable since there are so many this year.

Juan was so nice when he came to spray my moms yard for mosquitoes yesterday! He was polite and very knowledgeable!!

I'm currently at work and I'm watching them on my camera. They are very thorough I must say. I used Liquid Lawn Company prior to this company and they did a awesome job also but they typically they would be in and out in 10-15 minutes. From what I'm observing it definitely seems as though they hit every corner and area of my yard. I'm very excited in seeing the results. I will report back in the following months on the results.
