Just finished up my first year with Roots and yard looks better than I could have hoped for. Areas where we had trees removed filled in nicely. We added mosquito pest control and had a great summer in the pool. Juan is great in communicating when he is coming and always on time. He made our family feel like we are his favorite customer. Sales representative Jacob Wilson came & viewed our yard (not pulled up lot size on the computer & quoted a price) and provided service treatment options, cost & payment options. Kyle, our treatment provider is friendly and does an outstanding job. He answers any questions I may have and suggests other services that may improve the appearance of the yard.He also calls at least a day ahead to let you know he is coming.
