Excellent customer service and does a great job treating our lawn. The service techs always leave informational notes for us to improve our lawn. All treatments are safe for animals and kids. They don't have an online payment option but do make payments easy by providing a pre-made envelope and address.

Roots as a company I think are amazing! But more specifically Juan! He does my mosquito and pest control and 10/10! I saw results almost instantly after he did my first treatment! He really goes that extra mile by staying in contact with his clients and ensures the job is done correctly every single time. One happy customer.
