Great company! When we purchased our home, we inherited a yard that needed a lot of TLC. We had close to eight breeds of weeds. I hired Roots to rid my yard of the unwanted weeds and I am very impressed. I chose monthly applications (6 so far) and two aerations; weeds are gone now! In addition, the real grass has become noticeably healthy and greener. Did I mention...no contracts! I highly recommend Roots!

I know that Roots is a growing company because I see their signs everywhere, but somehow they have managed to keep a sense of very personal customer service. When I call, they always address me by name and are very helpful and polite. They also seem well acquainted with my property and services.

Aside from the customer service, the actual services provided are great. We have been them for a few years now our lawn always looks great. We added lawn pest service this year and I am looking forward to similar results.

Excellent customer service and does a great job treating our lawn. The service techs always leave informational notes for us to improve our lawn. All treatments are safe for animals and kids. They don't have an online payment option but do make payments easy by providing a pre-made envelope and address.

Top notch service. They go the extra mile to please their customers. I had an Army Worm problem, the Roots Team treated and the worms won the first round. Roots team assured me that they would do what it took to eradicate the Bermuda eating machines. Just like they said they took care of the Army worms.
