This is an awesome company to deal with. From the first time they came to our home to the follow up after installation, Kyle and his crew were very customer friendly. We had a complete landscaping project with with sod (Tiff Tuff). The gang showed up when they said they would and worked diligently to complete our project in 3 days. Transformed our backyard!

These guys nailed it taking our backyard from drab to fab. When we bought this house, our backyard was average at best and needed a lot of work. After consulting with Roots and having had them treat our front yard for the past year, we decided to give them the project.

I was with them for 3 to 4 years. Initially the quality of the weed control was near perfect and I did not have call backs. I started seeing a drop off in effectiveness last year and had several service calls this year. I tried to get a supervisor involved two or three times and bent over backwards trying to make that happen including calling a week ahead of time and taking a day off and instead they sent another tech who spot treated about half the weeds, which was predictable since there are so many this year.
