I know that Roots is a growing company because I see their signs everywhere, but somehow they have managed to keep a sense of very personal customer service. When I call, they always address me by name and are very helpful and polite. They also seem well acquainted with my property and services.

Aside from the customer service, the actual services provided are great. We have been them for a few years now our lawn always looks great. We added lawn pest service this year and I am looking forward to similar results.

This company is TOTALLY OUTSTANDING!!! We are soooo glad we switched over from our previous lawn care company to Roots Turf & Ornamental. From day one we have noticed a tremendous difference. They have done more in just 3 months to erradicate weeds and bringing our lawn back to a beautiful condition than our previous company did over the last 18 months. They have been great about letting us know every step being taken and when and have been there right on time every time.

Excellent customer service and does a great job treating our lawn. The service techs always leave informational notes for us to improve our lawn. All treatments are safe for animals and kids. They don't have an online payment option but do make payments easy by providing a pre-made envelope and address.

Sales representative Jacob Wilson came & viewed our yard (not pulled up lot size on the computer & quoted a price) and provided service treatment options, cost & payment options. Kyle, our treatment provider is friendly and does an outstanding job. He answers any questions I may have and suggests other services that may improve the appearance of the yard.He also calls at least a day ahead to let you know he is coming.

Juan came by and was very professional and courteous. Roots Lawn & Ornamental does a great job of contacting me before they arrive and to let me know what they will be doing.

The owner, Jared, is as great guy who’s very much involved and accessible. He has personable and knowledgeable guys like Kyle and Aubrey in place who provide top level customer service. I have been with Roots for several years, approximately 7 or 8. Roots has been very competent and excellent in listening to my questions or concerns. I would recommend them to anyone wanting assistance in weed or pest control.

I have been using Roots for awhile now to help with my perimeter pest control. I can definitely tell that their monthly pest control has been helping keep bugs from entering my home. The pricing is fair and the customer service is A1! They are extremely responsive and the person that does my yard, always does my yard. I like that it helps with them staying familiar and consistent. Any issues, they handle real time. It doesn’t help with mosquitoes if you’re wondering, that is most likely a different package which most places charge separately for it.
