Excellent customer service and does a great job treating our lawn. The service techs always leave informational notes for us to improve our lawn. All treatments are safe for animals and kids. They don't have an online payment option but do make payments easy by providing a pre-made envelope and address.

Very please with lighting and weed control!

I was with them for 3 to 4 years. Initially the quality of the weed control was near perfect and I did not have call backs. I started seeing a drop off in effectiveness last year and had several service calls this year. I tried to get a supervisor involved two or three times and bent over backwards trying to make that happen including calling a week ahead of time and taking a day off and instead they sent another tech who spot treated about half the weeds, which was predictable since there are so many this year.

"Roots". Our yard is as beautiful as a golf course turf! Their customer service is GREAT! Sales representative Jacob Wilson came & viewed our yard (not pulled up lot size on the computer & quoted a price) and provided service treatment options, cost & payment options. Kyle, our treatment provider is friendly and does an outstanding job. He answers any questions I may have and suggests other services that may improve the appearance of the yard.He also calls at least a day ahead to let you know he is coming.

We have used Roots for a year and a half now. I was doing it myself spending around $80 for two large bags of weed and feed, and pre-emmergent. Breaking my back pushing the spreader. Spot treating with roundup. Still wasnt as good as it could be. Finally called Roots. Taylor is the sweet young lady who will handle your set up. Jesse is my man who comes out and does a great job. Here are a picture of my lawn and a few neighbors who use Roots and other neighbors who do nothing. Big Dang Difference. It has been wet and warm this winter and my lawn still looks amazing. Worth every dang penny.

Kyle came out same day and gave an estimate and Juan have been a great tech, communicates well each month to schedule, very easy process. Can pay online and IT WORKS GREAT! Immediate excellent results.
