Excellent customer service and does a great job treating our lawn. The service techs always leave informational notes for us to improve our lawn. All treatments are safe for animals and kids. They don't have an online payment option but do make payments easy by providing a pre-made envelope and address.

Kyle and his team have done outstanding work keeping my yard weed free and nipping other turf problems in the bud. In addition, the mosquito control team has done yeoman's work keeping the mosquitos at bay, particularly in the summer. They began servicing my lawn about a year and a half ago and just in the first few months I noticed a significant difference. The service technicians are always friendly and take extra care to move toys that may be left in the yard by my children before they apply anything. These guys and gals are top notch in my opinion.

Not too mention how knowledgeable she was about services offered and pricing. I wouldn’t recommend any other place than here for a great customer experience!

My Zenith Zoysia lawns looks great because Kyle takes such great care of it. He’s always on time and sends me a heads up before he comes. You’d think the lawn was his own by the way he manages it.

Roots Turf and Ornanental has the greatest Customer Service around. If you call and have a problem they are right there. I also use their Mosquito service and I didn't have the first mosquito bite last tear. I have green grass an NO DANDELIONS.
