I know that Roots is a growing company because I see their signs everywhere, but somehow they have managed to keep a sense of very personal customer service. When I call, they always address me by name and are very helpful and polite. They also seem well acquainted with my property and services.

Aside from the customer service, the actual services provided are great. We have been them for a few years now our lawn always looks great. We added lawn pest service this year and I am looking forward to similar results.

Tay is one of your greatest employees. Very professional. You did a great job on my neighbor's lawn. two thumbs up if my computer keyboard had thumbs. hehehehe

Excellent customer service and does a great job treating our lawn. The service techs always leave informational notes for us to improve our lawn. All treatments are safe for animals and kids. They don't have an online payment option but do make payments easy by providing a pre-made envelope and address.

We use Roots for monthly mosquito pest control. They always come promptly at the beginning of the month and our technician, Juan, let’s us know when he is coming! Juan is politely, efficient and does a great job. We have noticed a difference in the number of mosquitoes in our front and backyard! It is definitely worth it! Their customer service is also great

We have used several national lawn care companies in the past with less than satisfactory results for our centipede lawn. This company is phenomenal!! They are very customer oriented and our lawn has never looked better after only 3 treatments. They really know their stuff about southern lawns.

Roots as a company I think are amazing! But more specifically Juan! He does my mosquito and pest control and 10/10! I saw results almost instantly after he did my first treatment! I have been using Roots Turf and Ornamental's premium lawn services and mosquito control for several years now. Kyle and his team have done outstanding work keeping my yard weed free and nipping other turf problems in the bud. In addition, the mosquito control team has done yeoman's work keeping the mosquitos at bay, particularly in the summer. Just came out to my house today and in spite of the weather the technician(Mario) conducted a very thorough inspection, told me what he saw, made some suggestions that I agreed with and he took care of it. I’ve been with this company for a long time and I must say that my lawn always looks good.
