We love these people!! Roots and Turf Ornamental landscaped our yard three years ago and has nurtured it to keep it healthy. Jarrett and Kyle and all the men treat us with respect as they go about their work. Our yard is small but they took great pains to make it as beautiful as some of the more elaborate landscaped lawns. I know that Roots is a growing company because I see their signs everywhere, but somehow they have managed to keep a sense of very personal customer service. When I call, they always address me by name and are very helpful and polite. They also seem well acquainted with my property and services.

Aside from the customer service, the actual services provided are great. We have been them for a few years now our lawn always looks great. We added lawn pest service this year and I am looking forward to similar results.

Juan was here this morning doing our mosquito control! He did a great job with the spraying, very thorough, not missing any areas. I highly recommend this if you spend any time outside! It makes it so much more enjoyable for outdoor activities. He also saw a need in the lawn that needed addressed. He took pictures and sent it to our lawn technician.. thank you Juan for a job well done!!!
