I'm currently at work and I'm watching them on my camera. They are very thorough I must say. I used Liquid Lawn Company prior to this company and they did a awesome job also but they typically they would be in and out in 10-15 minutes. From what I'm observing it definitely seems as though they hit every corner and area of my yard. I'm very excited in seeing the results. I will report back in the following months on the results. I know that Roots is a growing company because I see their signs everywhere, but somehow they have managed to keep a sense of very personal customer service. When I call, they always address me by name and are very helpful and polite. They also seem well acquainted with my property and services.

Aside from the customer service, the actual services provided are great. We have been them for a few years now our lawn always looks great. We added lawn pest service this year and I am looking forward to similar results.

This company is TOTALLY OUTSTANDING!!! We are soooo glad we switched over from our previous lawn care company to Roots Turf & Ornamental. From day one we have noticed a tremendous difference. They have done more in just 3 months to erradicate weeds and bringing our lawn back to a beautiful condition than our previous company did over the last 18 months. They have been great about letting us know every step being taken and when and have been there right on time every time.
