Great company! When we purchased our home, we inherited a yard that needed a lot of TLC. We had close to eight breeds of weeds. I hired Roots to rid my yard of the unwanted weeds and I am very impressed. I chose monthly applications (6 so far) and two aerations; weeds are gone now! In addition, the real grass has become noticeably healthy and greener. Did I mention...no contracts! I highly recommend Roots!

I have been a Roots customer for about 2 years in total. I briefly switched to another weed control company after my first year with Roots in order to save $5 a month. I never see any weeds when Roots is servicing our property. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the other company we used. It didn’t take long for weeds to start appearing when we used the other weed control company. After using the other company for 2 months, I quickly realized that I made a mistake by leaving Roots. I called Roots up and they were able to offer me the same price I was getting with the other company.

We had some major issues w/our lawn at the current location and Kyle came out and advised us what needed to be done to get our yard in tip-top shape. He went above and beyond not only getting our lawn healthy again, but by coming by every other week to make sure that the progress of our lawn was heading in the right direction. Kyle Gore and staff are honest, the nicest most professional people I've dealt with. I highly recommend Roots to anyone that needs lawn care.

Kyle, Juan & Clifford were great to work with for lawn care & yard pest control services. We had some hiccups on the pest control appointments in the beginning, but Kyle & Juan were diligent in getting everything corrected to be seamless in scheduling. Excellent customer service and does a great job treating our lawn. The service techs always leave informational notes for us to improve our lawn. All treatments are safe for animals and kids. They don't have an online payment option but do make payments easy by providing a pre-made envelope and address.

Roots Turf and Ornamental has been servicing my yard for any years. One thing I like is that the tech texts you before he comes to let you know when he will perform the service. They all do a great job! I highly recommend them!

I'm currently at work and I'm watching them on my camera. They are very thorough I must say. I used Liquid Lawn Company prior to this company and they did a awesome job also but they typically they would be in and out in 10-15 minutes. From what I'm observing it definitely seems as though they hit every corner and area of my yard. I'm very excited in seeing the results. I will report back in the following months on the results.
