The owner, Jared, is as great guy who’s very much involved and accessible. He has personable and knowledgeable guys like Kyle and Aubrey in place who provide top level customer service. Roots is a amazing company to have to treat your lawn, Kyle Ezell is a very responsible, profession, and suggest different things for our lawn to help improve it. We have used roots for awhile now and there highly recommend and if you want your weeds gone call Roots!

Excellent customer service and does a great job treating our lawn. The service techs always leave informational notes for us to improve our lawn. All treatments are safe for animals and kids. They don't have an online payment option but do make payments easy by providing a pre-made envelope and address.

They do GREAT work. Taylor is the best their is! She is always so sweet when you talk to her. If you ever need a company like this, they are it!
