Lawn Care in Central Georgia

I was with them for 3 to 4 years. Initially the quality of the weed control was near perfect and I did not have call backs. I started seeing a drop off in effectiveness last year and had several service calls this year. I tried to get a supervisor involved two or three times and bent over backwards trying to make that happen including calling a week ahead of time and taking a day off and instead they sent another tech who spot treated about half the weeds, which was predictable since there are so many this year.

My yard has never looked better! Tyler and Austin have been awesome at getting my lawn looking great. They are always on time and if I ever have a problem they are very quick to get it resolved. I would highly recommend Roots.

I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to get rid of weeds in my lawn. Within the first two appointments I could see results that I never could get on my own. Best thing I have ever done for my lawn. We have small children and sand spurs in our yard. They were gone in a few applications. Our back yard is fun again.

I have been using Roots for awhile now to help with my perimeter pest control. I can definitely tell that their monthly pest control has been helping keep bugs from entering my home. The pricing is fair and the customer service is A1! They are extremely responsive and the person that does my yard, always does my yard. I like that it helps with them staying familiar and consistent. Any issues, they handle real time. It doesn’t help with mosquitoes if you’re wondering, that is most likely a different package which most places charge separately for it.

Kyle, Juan & Clifford were great to work with for lawn care & yard pest control services. We had some hiccups on the pest control appointments in the beginning, but Kyle & Juan were diligent in getting everything corrected to be seamless in scheduling. Not only what they do for our lawn to keep the mosquito's away, but their customer service is IMPECCABLE! The girl who runs the front office, Kaitlyn, is always super polite and prompt, considering the million questions I ask her!
